Complete the Pathways to Advanced Manufacturing training to gain immediate employment in roles including production worker, assembly technician, or shipping and receiving clerk, or to pursue a career as a precision machinist, which can pay up to $75,000 annually. Regardless of your goal, you’ll receive hands-on support with job placement—nearly 100% of GCC’s manufacturing graduates get job offers within six months of completing their training!
Pathways to Advanced Manufacturing Programs are offered through a partnership between Greenfield Community College, Franklin County Technical School, the Franklin-Hampshire Regional Employment Board and Career Centers, area manufacturing companies and community partners to develop and implement new training programs to meet the growing demand in manufacturing.
