How to Register

Please note that per Massachusetts Association of Community Colleges policy, all workshops with an in-person component that begin in or after January 2022 will require full proof of vaccination against COVID-19 prior to registration. Learn more and submit your documentation at gcc.mass.edu/vax.

The Workforce Development Office offers a wide range of workshops and training programs that open for registration throughout the year. Browse our catalog and select the workshop or training that interests you to determine its start date, or pre-register for the next session.

When you are ready to register, click Enroll or Pre-Register. If online registration and checkout is available, pick your payment option at checkout—pay a credit card, request a scholarship (for certain workshops only) or have us invoice a third party for your tuition.

Some workshops will require additional documentation to complete your enrollment, such as a physical attestation form or an interview. You will receive a message with instructions for next steps at check out.

If you are registering more than one person, you may select “Register a Team” at checkout.

Refund, Discount & Waiver Policies

A full refund is made if a workshop is canceled. Official withdrawal by seven (7) calendar days prior to the first meeting of a workshop or training results in a refund minus a $10 non-refundable registration fee. Withdrawal beyond that point in time allows for no refund. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your refund.

Waiver Policy

All waivers for non-credit workshops are approved separately on a case by case basis. Blended classes and online classes offered through partners Ed2Go and Career Step do not accept waivers of any kind.
