Leadership & Management Training
Greenfield Community College’s Non-Credit Division has partnered with JKirley Collective to offer three different management and leadership training opportunities to meet the needs of regional employers. Each course can be delivered either on-site at your offices, or remotely via live virtual training sessions.

Essential Skills for an Effective Work Culture: Building Better Work Relationships at Every Level
This hands-on course, using the Everything DiSC Workplace® profile, is a virtual or in-person 5-hour training that can be delivered in one or more sessions. This personalized learning experience can benefit every person in the organization—regardless of title or position, department or function—by building more productive and effective relationships at work. It teaches participants to understand themselves and others, while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. Prior to the training, participants will take the Workplace® Assessment online . Each DiSC® profile offers personalized insights and actionable strategies; participants learn how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving engagement, collaboration, and the overall quality of the organization.

Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: Develop the Skills to Support a Thriving Agile Work Culture
This hands-on course, using the Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ profile, is a virtual or in-person training for leaders of all levels in your organization that can be delivered in one or more sessions. This engaging 5-hour course teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC® with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation. Prior to the training, participants will take the Agile EQ™ Assessment online. During the training, learners use their individualized DiSC® profiles to discover their EQ strengths, recognize their EQ potential, and commit to customized strategies for building agility. The result is an emotionally intelligent workforce that can support your thriving agile culture—no matter where they are.

Develop Your Management Style: Effectively Engage, Motivate, and Develop Your Team
This personalized learning experience is proven to increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role. This hands-on, 6-hour course can be delivered in one or more sessions virtually or in person. By taking the DiSC Management Assessment prior to the training, participants deepen their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and their own managers using the DiSC model. During the course, participants learn how their management style influences their approach to decision-making, time management, and problem solving. Participants walk away with concrete strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people, no matter where they are.
