Entry-level HVAC Training Program
This 16-week training will prepare you for immediate employment in the busy HVAC industry. In order to support success, participants will be provided work boots, a Chromebook, tools, and lunches on campus as well as wraparound support services to ensure barrier resolution. Participants will also receive milestone rewards as they complete the course requirements.
This training includes NORA Bronze Oil burner training, OSHA-10, EPA 608 training, and NATE HVAC Ready-to-Work. Your days will include hands-on learning opportunities with real HVAC tools and equipment, hands-on and online simulations, lectures, and discussions with your class. Once you have completed the 4-month training, you will have a two-month paid internship with a local HVAC company. There is an additional year of follow-up and support built into the program where participants will meet with mentors and their cohort monthly for questions and support.
Job placement assistance will be provided through our partnership with the MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center.
Classes run in person Monday-Friday, 8am-2:30pm at GCC.
